The smallest room in the tomb is known as the annex room. This little room was filled with many more items such as oils, foods, wines, pottery, dishes, stools, games, and baskets. Many of the oils were very lavish and expensive , but the early grave robbers seamed more interested in the gold. in fact, many gold and silver game pieces were stolen.
This area was the last to be documented by Howard Carter as it was considered more difficult to examine due to the room being in disarray. The annex room could be accessed through the left side of the tomb. A small door was put at the bottom of the wall and placed between the legs of one of the the couches located within the Antechamber. Upon entering this room, it drops three feet as if it were meant to be a step of some sort. The room was presumed to be filled in a hurry, further adding to the evidence that it was a rushed burial.
